Dr. Michael Benjamin started his practice in West Hills, California in 2004.  He graduated with highest honors from University of Florida as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  In 1998 he graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans as a member of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha.  He completed residency and fellowship training at Emory University and the Winship Cancer Institute in Atlanta.  He has admitting privileges at UCLA West Valley Medical Center, Simi Adventist Hospital, and Providence Tarzana Hospital.  He maintains offices in West Hills and Simi Valley.  He is double board certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology through the American Board of Internal Medicine.  Dr. Benjamin has maintained a strong commitment to community service. He served on the Board of Trustees of West Hills Hospital, and also served on a number of committees at the hospital, including CME, Bioethics and Internal Review Board Committee, Quality Committee, Transfusion Committee, and Peer Review Committee. He was Scoutmaster for Troop 22 in Woodland Hills for four years.  In his free time he enjoys boating, reading, and music.

Dr. Bassam Ghanem has been an integral part of Hematology and Medical Oncology care in the Simi Valley community for over 20 years. He received his medical degree from University of Damascus Medical School and completed a fellowship in Hematology/Medical Oncology at the St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center. He also did a fellowship in Stem Cell Transplant at Moffitt Cancer Center at University of South Florida in Tampa, and stayed on as faculty at USF after his training before moving to California. He has admitting privileges at Simi Adventist Hospital, Los Robles Hospital, and UCLA West Valley Medical Center. He serves on the Medical Executive Committee at Simi Adventist Hospital. He is board-certified in Medical Oncology through the American Board of Internal Medicine. In his free time he enjoys travel and spending time with family.

Yvonne Casaletta, NP has been providing high quality medical services in Hematology and Oncology in Los Angeles and the Greater San Fernando Valley for over 20 years. She works closely with Dr. Benjamin to coordinate and enhance expert medical care in the fields of Hematology and Oncology. She achieved her BSN from Cal State LA and her NP from UCLA in 2001 and has been working with Regatta Health since 2012. She enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with her daughter and family in her free time.
