Dr. Michael Benjamin started his practice in West Hills, California in 2004.  He graduated with highest honors from University of Florida as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  In 1998 he graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans as a member of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha.  He completed residency and fellowship training at Emory University and the Winship Cancer Institute in Atlanta.  He has admitting privileges at West Hills Hospital, Simi Valley Hospital, Providence Tarzana Hospital, and Providence Holy Cross Hospital in Mission Hills.  He maintains offices in West Hills and Simi Valley.  He is double board certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology through the American Board of Internal Medicine.  Dr. Benjamin has maintained a strong commitment to community service. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors for UCLA West Valley Hospital, and has served on a number of committees at the hospital, currently chairing the Continuing Medical Education Committee.  He has also served as chair of the Bioethics and Internal Review Board Committee, and Peer Review Committee. He also was Chief of the Department of Medicine for four years.  He has also served on the Quality Committee and the Transfusion Committee.  He was Scoutmaster for Troop 22 in Woodland Hills for four years.  In his free time he enjoys boating, reading, and music.

 

 

Yvonne Casaletta, NP has been providing high quality medical services in Hematology and Oncology in Los Angeles and the Greater San Fernando Valley for over 20 years. She works closely with Dr. Benjamin to coordinate and enhance expert medical care in the fields of Hematology and Oncology. She achieved her BSN from Cal State LA and her NP from UCLA in 2001 and has been working with Regatta Health since 2012. She enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with her daughter and family in her free time.
